【JAPANESE GREEN TEA】
Matcha from Nishio city, KABUSECHA from Toyota city, Aichi Pref, and GYOKURO green tea from KAGOSHIMA Pref.
The quality of our tea is kept by people working in the tea field who say 'No matter how hard you try, you can only harvest the first tea leaves once a year. Even if you work for 20 years, you can experience it only 20 times. In order to gain rich experience, I listen to the opinions of my seniors and incorporate new methods to make things better’. To ensure that you can enjoy our tea with peace of mind, each tea production process is monitored under strict quality controls.

愛知県西尾市の抹茶、豊田市のかぶせ茶、鹿児島県の玉露を取り扱っています。「どんなに足掻いても一番茶の収穫は年一回。２０年働いても、たったの２０回。濃い経験を積むために大先輩の意見と聞きつつ、より良くするために新しい方法も取り入れている」と日々奮闘しているお茶農家さんの商品です。

MATCHA and HOJICHA Powder / 抹茶・ほうじ茶
Hand-Picked, First Harvest Tea Leaves ONLY. The tea leaves are further selected and ground in a stone mill to make matcha.
愛知県西尾市で栽培されたお茶です。丁寧に手摘みされた一番茶のみを更に選別し、石臼で挽いて抹茶にしています。
