「呂宋　ぐい吞み」。一点ものです。深い緑色は「呂宋」という焼き物の代表的な色で、浮世絵にみられる呂宋もこの色だし、「呂宋」を検索して出てくるのもこの色。見れば見るほど気になる魅惑の色。緑釉は「織部焼き」がポピュラーですが、呂宋で使用する緑釉は織部の緑釉とは成分の配合が異なり区別されています。
贅沢に使われている側面の「印花文」（スタンプ）も手作りです。この作品には更に「掛け分け」と呼ばれる技法も使われており、こげ茶の釉薬の上を深緑の釉薬が流れ、色の濃淡も楽しめます。

呂宋の技術を再現できる唯一の作家が、手掛けた作品。

“RUSU SAKE Cup” ,the only one in stock. The deep green color is a typical color of RUSU pottery. This is the color of RUSU seen in UKIYO-E prints, and it is also this color that comes up when you search for RUSU.
So enchanting color that the more you look at it, the more you like it. For green glaze, ‘ORIBE’ is popular in our place (Seto city). The green glaze used in our ‘RUSU’ is distinguished from ORIBE green glaze in a different composition of ingredients.
The decorations called ‘IN KA MON(stamps)’ is handmade. The technique called ‘KAKE WAKE’ is also used, where the dark green glaze flows over the dark brown glaze. You can enjoy the shades of color.

This is the artwork by Kato-san, the only ceramic artist who can reproduce the RUSU technique.
